    Balance collects Personal Information from you, which may include your name, email address, address, phone number, social security number, date of birth, any information you provide to us during a call, any information you may provide to us to receive a proposal, such as an estimate of your mortgage pay-off amount, the status of your mortgage, the type of property you reside in, employment information, income, and financial information, and any information we receive about you with your consent, such as consumer report. This information is collected and stored electronically when you schedule a call with us or request to receive a proposal.

    In addition, through your use of the Site, we may also automatically gather information about your use of the Site that does not identify you directly but may identify your computer or device, as more fully described in Section 5 of this Privacy Policy (Cookies and Other Information Collection Tools) and Section 6 (Interest Based Advertising).
